The first ever purchase!
I was very aware that the whole project could come to an early conclusion if I bought the wrong thing on the first few trades. There are very few things that can be bought for £1 and flipped for a profit, when you take into account ebay fees and postage.
Whilst shopping in my local Home Bargains I kept an eye out for anything that I thought I could sell online for a profit. I took some photos of potential purchase candidates below… varying from 39p to 99p. Walking round Home Bargains wondering whether someone online would buy Smoky Mac and Cheese in a bag was a new experience (the answer is maybe, but only if you pack a few of them together).
